Story board

1. Elderly person alone in dimly lit living room. Room is quite empty apart from armchair in which they are sat and TV opposite them. They press a button on remote control and the TV starts playing, this is when the music of the song begins, Camera moves towards TV screen and the screen then fills the shot.

2. Drone shot looking down on the four teenagers who are lying on their backs looking up to the camera. The idea is that the drone in the sky is representing a hypersonic missile and the characters are watching it with no reaction.

3. Four different shots that change on beat. (to be decided what of) either four of the main locations or maybe up close shots of the four main characters.

4. Shot shows a sofa in the middle of a field with the actors sat on it. (this will reflect the elderly person sat alone on the arm chair.) Shot changes in time to music and in each shot the  actors change position. Either 4 or 8 shots of this. Following on from this is a lip syncing section, each character says a line starting from “I eat myself to death feed to corporate machine.” New shot for each line.

5. Next section until chorus will be longer shots of the group doing different things, cycling, swimming in lake, lying in long grass and walking through trees. With a VHS camera used as a prop to look like the characters are creating a video.

6. Build up to chorus, and chorus, shots are shorter to create a sharp, sudden effect. Switch between teenagers running and elderly person watching screen. Close up shot of face, reflection of screen in their glasses. This will contrast the calm atmosphere in the rest of the video. 

7. Continuation of shots in different locations until chorus picks up again.
