The music video promotes the artist as someone who doesn’t rely on materialistic items to show happiness, due to the setting being a run down city. The use of graffiti also promotes the artist as creative and a risk taker. 2. How do the music videos reflect individuals or social, cultural and historical issues and events? The video is about a teenage boy who shows an interest in a girl he sees outside his window, therefore this focuses on the social act of relationships. 3.
